RETURNS
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ISABEAU PRODUCT IF:

THE RETURN ITEM IS IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. 

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ISABEAU PRODUCT. YOU WILL NEED TO NOTIFY ISABEAU VIA RETURNS@BYISABEAU.COM IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT FROM ISABEAU THAT IS DIFFERENT TO THE ONE YOU HAVE ORDERED. IN WHICH CASE WE WILL REPLACE THE INCORRECT PRODUCT WITH THE CORRECT PRODUCT. WE WILL ALSO OFFER YOU A FULL REFUND IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO EXCHANGE GOODS.

FOR ANY REASON IF THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE ORDERED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO YOU, WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR OFFER A FULL REFUND. PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE DAMAGED GOODS AND IF THE CASE IS SEVERE WE WILL NEED TO REVIEW THE SITUATION BEFORE OFFERING A REFUND.
